Important Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor badges are REQUIRED for all exhibitors and must be worn at all times. Additional exhibitor badges with lunches outside those allocated in your package can be purchased for $60 per person.

Registrations must be made for individual companies only. Booth sharing between organizations is NOT permitted and may result in your organization being barred from future CATO events. CATO assigns the exhibition space after the Vendor show director confirms the online registration.

Standard Booth Package: $1,500

  • 10' x 8' carpeted booth space with pipe and drape

  • Up to two (2) exhibitor badges included
  • Breakfast and Lunch on Day 1 for up to two (2) exhibitor staff

Bronze Sponsor: $2,000

  • 10' x 8' carpeted booth space with pipe and drape, located on the center aisle

  • Small logo on signage throughout the conference
  • One dedicated social media post on Day 1
  • Up to two (2) exhibitor badges included

Silver Sponsor: $4,000

  • 20' x 8' carpeted booth space with pipe and drape, located on the center aisle
  • Premium booth location within vendor show area
  • One full-screen digital ad played during the conference
  • Medium logo on signage throughout the conference
  • Two dedicated social media posts - one on Day 1, and one on Day 2
  • Up to three (3) exhibitor badges included
  • Breakfast and Lunch on Day 1 for up to three (3) exhibitor staff

Gold Sponsor: $8,000

  • 20' x 8' booth space
  • Premium booth location within vendor show area
  • Three dedicated social media posts - one on each day of the conference
  • Up to four (4) exhibitor badges included
  • Breakfast and Lunch on Day 1 for up to four (4) exhibitor staff

Vehicle Display: $2000

Your vehicle will be prominently displayed outside the Exhibitor Pavilion entrance.

New Product Showcase: $200

You send it - We showcase it for you

An exciting program for exhibitors at our conference. Unveil your latest innovations and offerings. Highlighted across three key conference moments:

  1. Monday evening: Get early exposure during attendee check-in
  2. Tuesday all day: Your product will be prominently displayed in the main hallway outside of the General Session
  3. Tuesday evening: Engage with potential customers at the Hospitality Meet & Greet Event

✨ How It Works:

Interested companies will ship their showcased product to the CATO Conference HQ or hand deliver it to the CATO staff on Monday, September 30, 2024, between 0700 - 1200. 

CATO will prominently display the product at a CATO-staffed booth starting at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2024.

Join the "New Product Showcase" and showcase your innovations to a broader audience!

Product Demonstration: $200

Product Demonstrations will allow you to increase your exposure to more attendees in a more personalized setting. CATO will provide a dedicated room to host 30-minute scheduled demos/presentations for conference attendees to learn about your product/service. The room is set up classroom-style with AV included. If needed, please bring your own computer.

Coffee Station Sponsor: $250

The coffee stations at our general session are one of the most trafficked areas of the week. Increase your company's visibility by fueling our officers and sponsoring these coffee stations weekly. Your logo will be displayed at each coffee station, ensuring your company remains in the spotlight beyond the vendor tradeshow. All attendees will see this signage, providing extensive brand exposure.

Keg Sponsor: $500

Increase your company's visibility and make a lasting impact by sponsoring kegs of beer at our two hospitality events. By sponsoring, you help enhance the event experience and increase brand recognition. Your logo will be displayed by the bar at these events, ensuring that your company remains in the spotlight beyond the vendor tradeshow. All attendees will see this signage, as we offer multiple opportunities at these events, which are always crowded, providing extensive brand exposure. Join us at these hospitality events and maximize this networking opportunity.

Sponsor a Meal: $500

Sponsoring one of the six meals provided during the conference will increase your company's visibility and make a lasting impact. By sponsoring, you help enhance the event experience and increase brand recognition. Your logo will be displayed in the dining area, ensuring your company remains in the spotlight beyond the vendor tradeshow. Additionally, each meal sponsor will be able to speak during the meal for 5 minutes. If the sponsor is unavailable, CATO staff will read the agreed-upon message during the sponsored meal.

Sponsor an Attendee: $500-$1100

Increase your company's visibility and impact by sponsoring an attendee. By sponsoring, you help enhance another CATO Member's personal and professional event by helping them with the cost of attendance. This allows some individuals who may not otherwise get to attend. 

You may choose to either sponsor the price of single attendee admission for $500 or provide someone with a full sponsorship, which includes lodging and dinner per diem for three nights for $1100. If you want to make a life-changing difference in one of our members' lives, please contact Vendor@catotraining.org to discuss. 

Lanyard Sponsor: $2,000

Your company name and logo are printed on the more than 1,100 attendee badge lanyards. Lanyards are given to every attendee and must be worn at all times in order for them to enter the exhibit hall, networking events and classrooms. This sponsorship may be split between two exhibitors. Hotel Key Card Sponsor: $3,000

Your company name and logo are printed on the hotel key card for every attendee and exhibitor.  This opportunity only applies to attendees staying at the host hotel.  Only one organization can claim this sponsorship.
