Course Description
Closing Remarks and an incident debrief on the 2019 mobile active shooter that occurred in Odessa and Midland Texas. The presenter will discuss routes, the reaction of first responding officers, the reaction of the community, changing tactics. The presenter will also discuss what we did right and what mistakes that they made.
